Cancellation Policy – Marketing Maven
You may request the cancellation of a scheduled project, service package, or ongoing marketing plan by providing written notice before work begins, a campaign is launched, or before your scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests made after work has started — or too close to the scheduled start date — may be subject to cancellation fees, as outlined in your proposal or service agreement.
Because our services require planning, preparation, and dedicated resources, Marketing Maven cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made after work has commenced.
Termination Due to Policy Violations
If your access to our services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or a violation of your contract, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused services.
Data & File Retention
Upon cancellation or termination of services, associated project files, reports, campaign data, and account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download, request, or secure any important documents — including invoices, reports, creative assets, or campaign deliverables — before the cancellation is finalized.
Right to Modify Services
Marketing Maven reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in these cases will only be issued if explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
